My stay at Madame Vacances Les Terrasses De Veret was delightful. The apartment was spacious, providing ample room for relaxation after skiing. The location was simply fabulous, just 100 meters from the closest lift, making skiing so easy!

The local culinary scene is a delight, especially at Le Perdrix Noire just down the street. Their hearty dishes make you feel right at home after a day on the slopes. Plus, the indoor pool and hot tub offered a perfect post-ski unwind that felt luxurious. The kitchen was also well-equipped for cooking up local ingredients and warming up after a chilly day.

The electrics were a bit dodgy, and the WiFi barely worked, which made things tricky. Plus, we had to leave the place spotless for an added fee, even though we were ushered out early to make room for the cleaners. Gotta love a good clean under pressure! All things considered, it was a wild ride.

absolutely dreadful experience. the flat was cramped, and with no oven or even basic cleanliness, it was a challenge just to exist. i expected a complimentary treat for such a premium price, but obviously, that would be too much trouble for them. it was almost a good review, but the disappointment was just too overwhelming.

The views across the valley are lovely, especially from the higher floors. The location is unbeatable, just about a minute's walk from the ski lifts.

The boot room is basically a corridor, lacking any heated boot storage or sockets for warmers. The apartments can feel cramped. for instance, two identical flats had inconsistent bathroom facilities, with one having only one toilet.

Family with children perfect for ski lovers

The place was just a stone's throw from the slopes, we could ski right to the door. Plus, they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the mountain.

It wasn't inexpensive, but we still found it acceptable for the location.
